The Giggle Bus comes once a week to Samantha's school. It is a great program with instructors that teach coordination, balance, and cooperation, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance. The kids participate in fitness activities along with tumbling and gymnastics. But what I love most about it is how they are instilling the love for physical activity in my child at such an early age. Joe and I strongly believe in teaching Samantha the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle and how it should be a priority in her life. This program reinforces that. She is learning that exercise is fun. The Giggle Bus is full of fun!!! These pictures prove it...
The kids following each other through the circuit.
Samantha and her friends.
L is Samantha and Caitlin. Of course given a moment to rest these two will be hanging out and chatting together.
Top R is Samantha and Faith jumpin' and jumpin'!
Bottom R is Samantha and Caitlin getting their jump on.
She loves to jump and jump!
The glider - great for right/left coordination at this age.
Riding the bike. I'm guessing she likes to play with the buttons the best.
Jumping through hoops!
The arm cycle. Cool!
And my favorite part...
The hoops!!!
Isn't that cool???
Samantha loves the Giggle Bus! She is so excited for school on Wednesdays. "Samantha, today is Giggle Bus day!" I'll tell her. She replies with a big smile, "Did you sign me up momma?!!!"
Update - I had to add more photos!
The rest of February and March:
Basketball! Look at that concentration - and that follow through!
Swinging, bouncing and pulling!
A back flip. I love her face at the end - pure joy! She loves it!!!
